Q: Are Lorde + Belle products hormone safe?
A: Hormone-safe skincare is free of chemicals that can disrupt normal hormonal functioning- either blocking the hormone receptor or competing with natural hormones. Some examples are phytoestrogens, bisphosphenol A(BPA), and phthalates. Lorde + Belle products are free from ingredients that can disrupt hormonal functioning.
Q: How do I know if I have an allergy to the ingredients in a product?
A: You should discontinue use if you experience itching, redness or if the skin becomes inflamed or irritated. If the condition persists, consult with your doctor. If you are concerned about an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients, do a patch test before using any products on the whole area you want to treat. To patch test the product, apply about the size of a rice grain of the new product onto clean skin on your neck, either behind the ear or under the jawline. Apply at least twice or three times a day for 2-3 days. Check for any sign of allergic reaction.

Now that I'm in my 30s , I've taken under eye care a bit more seriously in my skincare routine. The LORDE + BELLE PM Restorative Eye Cream is my favorite part of my nightly routine. This cream is lightweight with no scent, yet has a velvety soft texture. The PM formula is slightly thicker than the AM. I like that the AM packaging is white and the PM is silver. This made it easy for me to quickly grab the right product depending on the time of day.The built-in applicator helps to apply just the right amount of product with a very calming cooling sensation. The applicator is great for relaxing the eyes before bed. After applying with the applicator, I gently tap in the product with my ring finger. A little of this cream goes a long way. A pea-size is enough for both eyes. Although I don't particularly have noticeable dark circles or fine lines using the LORDE + BELLE AM & PM creams daily significantly improved the skin under my eyes. I noticed that my makeup application was smoother with my concealer.

This eye cream is meant to reduce fine lines and wrinkles as well as hydrate the under eye area. I think this product is marketed towards older complexions but I do feel that everyone could benefit from a preventative standpoint. I think, looking at the ingredients that there isnt much that separates this product from any other one on the market. It has niacinamide. Retinol. Shea butter and fragrance. As well as its accompanying ingredients it doesnt seem like the luxury product they are saying it is. I could quite literally find these ingredients in most products on the market. Granted every product has a different potency and this product could very well be the one for you. The added rose water doesnt really do much for you and I just wouldnt be able to justify its hefty price point
