This no tug, no budge, no smudge formula can be used on the waterline as a tight line, on top of the lid, or as a smokey-look underneath the bottom lashes. REAL APPLICATION – For the waterline, start at the inner corner of your eye-line, working your way out. For application on the lid, apply in small short strokes. Give it 30 seconds to dry, and be committed to 24-hour wear.

Need a sharper point for fine lines? Pop the built-in sharpener out from the bottom of the liner to sharpen the tip of your liner. Clean the shavings and pop it back into the pencil for future use.

I absolutely love this eyeliner! My only drawback with it is that there are not more colors to choose from! I like to use a brown eyeliner on my eyes sometimes and this only comes in black!
